基于评定区梯度划分的压力容器整体安全性评定
Assessment on global safety of pressure vessel based on gradient division of assessment area
【摘要】 简要介绍了利用R6评定图对压力容器单一缺陷安全性及安全程度的评定方法。在此基础上,针对多缺陷的压力容器,提出了按照一定梯度对评定区进行梯度分区,设定梯度分区后不同区域安全程度不同,对多个缺陷的安全性进行评定,得到各缺陷的评定结果图,从中可以看出多个缺陷评定点落在不同区域的百分比,由此可以模糊评定压力容器整体安全性。利用编程实现了该方法在压力容器缺陷安全评定软件中的运用,得到了正确的结论。通过对模糊评定找出的安全程度低的缺陷的寿命预测,进而得到压力容器的整体安全性。
【Abstract】 An assessment method for security with single defect and degree of safety of a pressure vessel is summarized by adopting R6 assessment graph.On which,the assessment area is divided on gradient according to certain gradient concerning the pressure vessel with multiple defects.As gradient is set,the degree of safety differs with different security areas and an assessment on security of the vessel with multiple defects shall be carried out.Thus a graph for the assessment of the defects is obtained,from which a percentage of assessment points for multiple defects in different areas can be seen from the graph,and fuzzy assessment on the overall security of the vessel is carried out.The method is applied in assessing software on pressure vessels’ defects by programming to attain correct conclusion.By predicting lifetimes of the defects whose safety grade is considered low by fuzzy assessment,the global security of pressure vessel can be achieved.
