基于虚拟样机航空食品车行驶稳定性分析
Analysis on riding stability of catering truck based on virtual prototype
【摘要】 汽车平顺性是汽车NVH性能的评价指标之一,人们对汽车平顺性的研究越来越重视,通过调整汽车悬架能够改善汽车平顺性。以多体系统动力学理论为基础,应用机械系统动力学软件ADAMS/Car,建立了航空食品车整车的多刚体动力学模型。根据GB/T4970-1996《汽车平顺性随机输入行驶试验方法》的要求,通过调用ride四柱试验台,对整车的随机输入平顺性进行仿真分析,并将油气悬架车辆和传统被动悬架车辆的仿真数据对比。仿真结果表明:采用油气悬架的车辆较传统被动悬架车辆具有更好的行驶平顺性。
【Abstract】 Vehicle ride comfort is one of the evaluation indexes of vehicle NVH performance,which is paid more attention by people and can be improved through the adjustment of vehicle suspension.A multi-rigid-body dynamics model for full truck is built with the help of Mechanical System Simulation software of ADAMS/CAR,based on the theory of Multi-Body System Dynamics.According to GB4970-1996(method of random input running test-automotive ride comfort),the specific simulation is analyzed on the ride comfort by random inputting by applying four-post testbed and comparation of simulated data between vehicle with HPS and traditional vehicle with leaf spring suspension is made,which results show that the HPS vehicle has better ride comfort than the conventional leaf spring suspension vehicle.
