基于ANSYS的刮板输送机圆环链的有限元分析
Finite element analysis for round link chains of scraper conveyor based on ANSYS
【摘要】 以准34×126矿用圆环链为模型,运用ANSYS软件分别对圆环链在两种工况条件下的受力情况进行有限元分析。分析圆环链的应力分布规律,通过综合两种工况条件下的计算结果,得出在圆环链上的最大等效应力主要集中在链环的圆弧内侧,并且在圆弧的上下表面及其与直边的过渡处也会出现较大的应力,从而较为全面地确定了圆环链的易损部位。分析结果表明,刮板输送机圆环链的圆弧处应力较大,易发生破坏。该分析结果为圆环链的尺寸优化提供了重要依据。
【Abstract】 Taking 34×126 round link chains for model,the stress state of the chains is analyzed under two different work conditions severally by applying finite element method,the distribution law of stress as well.Through which the flimsy parts is identified exactly by analyzing and comparing the two results.That is:the maximum stress concentrates mainly on the inside of arc part on round link chain,upper and lower surface of arc part and transition part between bending and straight edge.The result shows that the arc part is the most brittle part in round link chain of scraper conveyor,which lays a solid foundation for optimal design of round link chain.
