曲轴弯曲变形测量机的设计与应用
The Design and Application of Bend Distortion Measuring Machine for Crankshafts
【摘要】 介绍了一种多品种曲轴弯曲变形测量机。该测量机运用最小二乘法的原理,并引入变形矢量的概念,可准确地检测曲轴的弯曲变形,是曲轴加工生产线的重要工序检测设备。该测量机由机械测量装置和计算机测控系统组成,可动态测量曲轴各主轴颈弯曲变形的大小和方向,具有自动测量和显示,人机界面友好,操作使用方便等特点。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a bend distortion measuring system for variety of crankshafts.Such a system is composed of industrial computer,measuring machine,stepping motor and so on.Stepping motor driven by industrial PC,based on the mechanical platform measuring machine crankshaft bending deformation testing.Finally through the corresponding specialized software will measure results displayed.This system has the flexibility,conveniently,intuitive and so on characteristics.
