基于熔融挤压工艺的模型质量和强度影响因素的分析
The Analysis of Mold Quality and Strength Influence Factor Based on Fusing Extrusion Process
【摘要】 分析了采用熔融挤压快速成型工艺下形成的模型表面质量和强度的影响因素,针对这些因素提出了合适的解决方法,并指出在实际加工时,要根据模型的结构、复杂程度和技术要求找到最佳的加工方案。
【Abstract】 This article analyzed the influence factors for the surface quality and the strength of the mold which is formed by the fusing extrusion rapid prototyping process.The appropriate solution is proposed in view of these factors,and the best working scheme based on the mold structure,complexity and technical requirements in actual processing is pointed out.
