直齿锥齿轮齿向修形研究
Research on Axial Modification of Spur Bevel Gear
【摘要】 针对直齿锥齿轮啮合过程中的冲击和载荷集中现象,提出直齿锥齿轮齿向等距修形的方法;基于齿轮几何学理论,从啮合点位置以及转角变化两个方面分析了直齿锥齿轮齿向等距修形对锥齿轮副啮合运动的影响;采用三维模型显式动态分析的方法,对修形锥齿轮副进行有限元仿真分析,该方法克服了二维接触和静态分析精度低,连续性差的缺点,为三维齿轮动力学接触分析提供了新的参考。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the impacts and the stress concentration in gear meshing,a method of axial modification of spur bevel gear position was given.Based on the gear geometry theory,the normal meshing motion equation of gear pair was studied.by analyzing the changes of meshing point position and angle and the effects of axial modification to gear pair meshing movement was discussed.Also,the bevel gear explicit dynamic simulation with finite element analysis was operated,and the explicit dynamic simulation provides a new reference to dynamic contact analysis of 3D gear model.
