响应面分析法优化纳米Ti02的制备工艺

【摘要】 利用响应面分析法对TiO2制备条件进行优化。在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平,根据中心组合(Box-Benhnken)实验设计原理采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子,以亚甲基蓝降解率为响应值作响应面和等高线。结果表明,制备纳米TiO2的最佳合成条件:TiCl4浓度0.50mol/L,水浴温度75℃,焙烧温度500℃,亚甲基蓝的降解率可达92.31%。

【Abstract】 To optimize the preparation technology of TiO2 by response surface methodology.Experiment factors and levels were firstly selected by one factor tests.On the basis of the previous results and according to the central composite experimental design principles,the method of Response Surface Method with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted.Then the factors influencing the technological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis.Response surface and contour were finally graphed with the methylene blue degradation rate as the response value.The results show that optimization of the preparation technology of TiO2 are as follows:the TiCl4 concentration is 0.5 mol/L,water bath temperature is 75℃and roasting temperature is 500℃.Under this condition,the methylene blue degradation rate is 92.31%.
