求多级串联理想混合流反应器的出口浓度——三级可逆反应
Solving the output concentration of computer in multiple mixed flow reactors in series——third-order reversible reaction
【摘要】 在多级串联理想混合流反应器中进行3级可逆反应时,求各级反应器的出口浓度,不仅在多级串联理想混合流反应器的设计中具有重要应用价值,而且在实际的化学工业生产中也具有重要意义,经济效益显著。可用图解法和代数法求解,但图解法不够精确,代数法又费时费力,而且,当反应器个数趋于无穷大时,以上2种方法则无法计算。针对上述2种方法的不足,本文利用C++语言,依据递推关系式编制程序,该程序能够迅速求解,并与计算结果完全一致。该法具有精确、快捷、通用、方便的优点。可以显著提高计算效率,具有推广价值。
【Abstract】 On the multiple mixed flow reactors in series for third-order reversible reaction,the output concentration of evening reactor can be solved by recursion formal and wag of graph.It is not only practical in the design of multiple mixed flow reactors in series but also important in the production of the chemical industry,and economic benefits is significant.However,the former needs a great deal of time and energy,and the later is not accurate enough.Furthermore,it can not be calculated by two methods when the number of mixed flow reactor tends to infinity A new method which overcame the shortcoming of the previous methods.The names that a program is developed in C++ according to the iterative formula,which can calculate the output concentration of each reactor quickly,the result of the running program being perfectly consistent with the calculating result. Moreover,the method is convenient,quick and accurate,and that it can increase the computing efficiency.Therefore,the method of computer programming is worth of generalization.
