【摘要】 目的:了解和掌握江苏省不同年龄组健康人群的麻疹免疫现状,对其抗体水平进行监测。方法:使用酶联免疫吸附试验检测正常人群麻疹IgG抗体并计算阳性率。结果:2009年共监测5 075份标本,阳性率93.69%,各年龄组差异有统计学意义(χ2=724.66,P<0.01)。不同地区之间麻疹抗体阳性率有显著差异(χ2=151.97,P<0.01)。结论:江苏省健康人群的麻疹抗体阳性率普遍较高,发生大范围暴发流行的可能性不大,但个别地区个别年龄组仍有阳性率偏低现象,应注意加强免疫。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To know about measles immunization status among healthy people with different age groups in Jiangsu province and to monitor their antibody levels.Methods: The normal population was selected in 13 cities of Jiangsu province,and divided by age group with less 24 months,1 year,3 years,5 years,7 years,15 years,at or over 20 years.Additionally,six cities were added by selecting transient population whose age at or over 20 years groups,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used for measles IgG antibody,and positive rate was calculated.Results: There were total 507 5 tested specimens of cases,of which,4755 cases of measles samples with positive antibody,the positive rate was 93.69%.Measles antibody level with positive rate in different age groups showed statistically significant differences(χ2=724.663,P<0.001).There were no statistical meaningful differences between inhabitants and transient population at or over age of 20 years groups in six cities of Jiangsu province,measles antibody positive rate was shown significant difference in geography(χ2=151.971,P<0.001).Conclusion: Healthy population in Jiangsu province had a higher positive rate of measles antibody,outbreaks or epidemics would not be occurred in large scale,but individuals in some regions with low positive rate of measles antibody need strengthen immunity.更多还原
