【摘要】 目的:了解无锡市城区居民糖尿病知识知晓情况,制定适合本地区居民糖尿病健康教育和健康干预的有效方法。方法:分层整群抽样目标人群,设定6个问题进行一对一提问式调查。结果:应答率为>98%,6个问题总知晓率为54.76%~56.46%,现患病人的知晓率为79.13%~91.56%,高于新发现病人、血糖受损者和正常人。经logisticwv多因素回归分析,知晓率与年龄、文化程度、患糖尿病、家庭史有关,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:调查目标人群的糖尿病知识知晓率不高,接受教育的人群和教育的程度参差不齐,对社区居民普及糖尿病知识教育尤为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the awareness status of diabetes control and prevention knowledge among people in Wuxi urban district and explore the associated factors.Methods: A questionnaire survey with 6 questions about diabetes control and prevention knowledge was conducted among target population cluster sampled from residents in Wuxi urban district.Results: The response rate was >98%.The awareness rate of 6 questions were from 54.76% to 56.46% and they were from 79.13% to 91.56% in present cases of diabetes,being significantly higher than newly diagnosed cases,impaired fasting glucose(IFG) and normoglycemic.Multivariate logistic analysis showed the awareness rate was associated with age,education,history of diabetes and family history of diabetes.Conclusions: The awareness of diabetes control and prevention knowledge among people in Wuxi urban district was low,especially in the subjects of IFG,newly diagnosed cases.It is urgent to popularize the knowledge of diabetes control and prevention.更多还原
