磨细石灰石粉对水泥基本性能及抗压强度影响
Influence of Finely Grounded Limestone Filler on Cement Properties and Compressive Strength
【摘要】 为了充分了解石灰石粉作为掺合料对新浇注的水泥和硬化水泥浆体的物理、力学性能的影响,采用不同石灰石粉掺量(占胶凝材料质0-35%),同时考虑石灰石粉比表面积(300 m2/kg-1 000 m2/kg)的影响,通过29组配方进行水泥基本物理性能及水泥胶砂抗压强度指标的测试与分析。研究结果表明,随着石灰石粉掺量增加,水泥标准稠度用水量减小,初凝、终凝时间提前;石灰石粉比表面积对水泥标准稠度用水量、初凝、终凝时间影响显著;不同比表面积、掺量的石灰石粉水泥胶砂抗压强度随龄期均呈现稳定的增长规律,抗压强度随掺量的增加而降低,同龄期同掺量下抗压强度随比表面积的增大而增长;提出表征石灰石粉比表面积对抗压强度影响的比表面积影响因子指标,并分析比表面积影响因子随石灰石粉掺量、龄期的动态变化规律,为石灰石粉的合理开发利用提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 The effects of replacement of Portland cement by grounded limestone as well as its specific surface on the physical-mechanical properties of fresh and hardened cement paste are studied.The binder was composed of cement and limestone,which was prepared by eight replacement levels of limestone filler(0,5,10,15,20,25,30 and 35) of binder by mass and four levels of specific surface(300,600,800 and 1000 m2/kg).Test results demonstrated that the water requirement of normal consistency and the setting times(initial and final) decreased obviously as the replacement level of limestone filler increased and the extent of reduction was noticeable with the increase of specific surface of limestone filler.The compressive strength of samples incorporating different replacement levels and various specific surfaces of limestone filler increased steadily with ages.The compressive strength decreased with the increase of replacement level of limestone,while as increased with the increase of specific surface at the same replacement level and ages.The specific surface blanie(SSB) influence factor was created to describe the effect of specific surface of limestone filler on the compressive strength and the development rules of SSB influence factor of finely ground limestone filler concerning the replacement levels,SSB of limestone filler and samples ages were analyzed,which are useful to reasonable utilization.
