【Abstract】 Commercial 3G has brought about great advances in remote monitoring systems.In this paper,an advanced,reliable,low-cost all-digital river regime monitoring system based on 3G has been designed.Then the remote video monitoring of the river regime and the remote control of the water gate and pumping station are realized.Therefore,the scientific management and immediate decision-making of the river regime,and the unmanned control of the water gate and pumping station become actual.更多还原
