【摘要】 通过对不完全固井的油层套管在实施全井(喷砂)压裂作业中的受力分析,指出导致套管井下发生破裂的主要原因是现场施工作业不规范,对于41/2"～51/2"的油层套管不采用下油管+封隔器的加砂压裂施工方式,而采用全井喷砂压裂的施工方式,同时固井水泥又未返高至井口,导致在非固井段的油层套管承受内+压拉伸+弯曲等多重载荷作用,并因过载而失效。更多还原

【Abstract】 force analysis of production casings for partially well cementing during full hole(sandblasting) fracturing operation discloses thatcasing failure downhole mainly lies in the breach of operation regulation at field;for 4 1/2"~ 5 1/2" production casing,the full holesandblasting fracturing is used without cement top to the wellhead,but not using the sand fracturing operation method with tubing + packer,which leads to the failure of production casing at the non-cementing section suffering from multiple loadings such as internal pressure,tensile pressure and bend pressure.更多还原
