铬钼铸铁等离子束表面硬化层组织和硬度
Microstructure and microhardness of plasma surface strengthening for Mo-Cr cast iron
【摘要】 用等离子束对汽车覆盖件模具用铬钼铸铁进行表面淬火与熔覆,以达到表面强化效果。研究了硬化层的显微组织、硬度分布。结果表明,铬钼铸铁等离子束淬火处理后,硬化层平均厚度约400μm,表层平均硬度达728 HV0.2;等离子束熔覆后硬化层平均厚度约800μm,表层平均硬度达1065 HV0.2。硬化层截面硬度分析表明,硬度最高值出现在次表层;随等离子束处理次数的增加,硬化层的深度显著增加;等离子束硬化后淬火与熔覆层硬度明显提高。
【Abstract】 Plasma beam surface quenching and cladding were used to strengthen the surface of the automobile mould material Cr-Mo casting iron,the microstructure and microhardness of strengthening layer were studied.The results show that the average depth of hardened layer is about 400 μm,and the average hardness tested on the surface is about 728 HV0.2.The average depth of cladding hardened layer is about 800 μm,and the average surface hardness is about 1065 HV0.2.The microhardness tested on the cross-section indicates that the maximum value appeares on the sub-surface.The depth of the hardening layer increases with the quenching and cladding times increasing.After plasma processing,the depth and hardness of quenching and cladding zone increase obviously.
