大规格高碳钢盘条SWRH82B中的内部缺陷及形成原因
Internal defects and reasons of large-size high carbon steel wire rod SWRH82B
【摘要】 利用OM、EDS、SEM和XRD等手段,对大规格高碳钢盘条SWRH82B的组织,断口形貌,夹杂物成分、大小与分布,残余应力等进行研究,分析了盘条内部缺陷的形成原因和对盘条力学性能的影响。结果发现,82B盘条中存在C、Cr元素偏析和组织不均匀现象;出现"黑心+白点"特征断口和平齐断口;盘条中的夹杂物分布不均且有尺寸100~200μm的复合脆性夹杂物,热轧后盘条中存在较大的宏观与微观应力。
【Abstract】 The microstructure,fracture morphology,composition and distribution of inclusions,residual stress of large-size high carbon steel wire rod SWRH82B were investigated by means of OM,SEM,EDS and XRD.The forming reasons of internal defects and effect on mechanical properties of 82B wire rod were analyzed.The results show that heavy segregation of C,Cr elements and inhomogeneous microstructure are found in 82B wire rod.The black core with white point fracture and plane shape fracture appear.There are composite brittle inclusions(100-200 μm)and greater residual stress in wire rod after hot rolling,and distribution of the inclusions is also uneven.
