【Abstract】 Material characteristic of Cr12 type steel was briefly described,and several failure cases of Cr12 type steel cold work dies were analyzed and discussed.Some responding methods of the common failure modes for Cr12 type steel cold work dies in the current production conditions were explored.The selection of the real quality steels,the normalization of forging process of die blank,and the normalization of heat treatment process etc,are very important link.更多还原
