花椒对肉鸡生长性能、免疫指标和屠宰性能的影响
Effect of zanthoxylum on growth performance,immunity and slaughter performance in broilers
【摘要】 为探明花椒对肉鸡生长性能、免疫指标和屠宰性能的影响,该试验选择320只1日龄艾维因肉用雏鸡,采用单因子试验设计,随机分成4个处理组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ),每组4个重复,每个重复20只,Ⅰ组为对照组,喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为试验组,在基础日粮的基础上,分别添加0.4%花椒混合物(添加0.1%花椒)、0.8%花椒混合物(添加0.2%花椒)和1.2%花椒混合物(添加0.3%花椒),进行为期6周的饲养试验。结果表明:与对照组相比较,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的日增重和饲料转化率显著升高(P<0.05),肉鸡的腹脂率显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组的胸腺指数、法氏囊指数、球蛋白含量和新城疫抗体效价均升高,其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的胸腺指数、法氏囊指数、球蛋白含量和新城疫抗体效价显著升高(P<0.05)。可见,在本试验条件下,日粮中添加0.2%或0.3%的花椒对肉鸡的产肉性能、免疫指标和屠宰性能有一定的促进作用。
【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of zanthoxylum on growth performance,immunity and slaughter performance in broilers,a total of 320 1-day-old healthy male AA broilers were randomly allocated into 4 groups for 4 dietary treatments.Each treatment was replicated four times with twenty broilers in each replication.Group I,as the control group,was fed with the basal diet,while groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ,as experimental groups,were fed with the basal diet added with 0.4%,0.8%,1.2% of zanthoxylum mixture,respectively.The experiment lasted for six weeks.The growth performance,immunity index and slaughter performance were respectively determined.Compared with the control group,weight gain and feed conversion rate were improved significantly in groups III and IV,and the abdominal fat rates were reduced.Thymus index,index of bursal of fabricius,the content of globulin,antibody titer of chicken newcastle disease in experimental groups were improved,especially in goups II and III,which showed a significant increase(P<0.05).In conclusion,0.8% or 1.2% zanthoxylum mixture displayed an improvement of meat-production and immunity in broils.
