【Abstract】 Recent studies have confirmed that there is a small population of brain tumor cells with the abilities of stem cells,like extensive proliferation,self-renew and multi-directional differentiation,which called Brain tumor stem cells(BTSCs).BTSCs contribute to tumor initiation,progression,invasion,metastasis,therapeutic resistance and relapse.Only by killing brain BTSCs can we thoroughly cure brain tumor.In this review,we discuss the recent progress in the molecular biology study of brain tumor stem cells.更多还原
