并联式混合动力再生制动系统控制策略研究

【摘要】 再生制动系统是混合动力汽车的一个特点。为了最大化地使用再生制动系统,提高能量回收效率,针对混合动力汽车的制动系统制动力分配问题进行研究,在分析传统汽车制动原理的基础上,结合混合动力汽车制动新特点,提出了一种用于并联式混合动力再生制动系统的制动力分配控制策略。然后,对比不同条件下的制动力分配情况,采用AVL-Cruise与Matlab联合仿真。结果表明,综合考虑制动强度、附着系数及电机特性的制动控制策略,可以合理地分配制动力,最大化地提高再生制动系统的利用效率。

【Abstract】 Regenerative braking system is the feature of hybrid electric vehicle.The problem on braking force distribution for the HEV was studied,and the braking theory of the traditional vehicle and the new trait of the HEV were analyzed.In order to maximize the utilization of the regenerative braking system to increase the regenerative energy efficiency,a control strategy was proposed to determine the brake force distribution for the PHEV.Finally the simulation was carried out by the AVL-Cruise and Matlab,and the braking forces under different conditions were contrasted.The simulation result shows that the strategy which considers the deceleration,terrain adhesive coefficient and characteristic of the electric motor can distribute the braking forces rightly and maximize the utilization of the regenerative braking system to increase the regenerative energy efficiency.
