声波清灰技术的理论研究与仿真

【摘要】 研究声波清灰优化控制除灰效果,能量的控制和频率的选择是目前声波清灰技术研究过程中存在的主要问题。针对声波清灰技术在使用时,声强主要受到声波频率和气体温度因素的影响。为了改善声波清灰技术的效率,对声波清灰技术进行了数学建模和理论研究分析,取得了声强最佳时的气体温度值和声波发生器频率值。在Matlab上仿真结果表明:在20-200Hz范围内2,00Hz是声强最大的频率,在0-100℃下,气体温度为0℃时,声强达到最大值。从能量仿真分析结果表明,最佳声频会使声波清灰效果最好。

【Abstract】 The frequency selecting of wave and energy controlling are the main problems in acoustic wave ash clearing technology.We found that soud intensity is concerned with the frequency of sound generator and the temperature of fluid gas when using the technology.In order to improve the effect of the technology,we built a mathematic model based on the acoustic wave ash clearing technology,and carried out some analyses on theory.Aim to reach the max of sound intensity,the temperature of fluid gas and the frequency of sound generator were improved optimally.The result shows that by Matlab simulating,200Hz is considered the best frequency for sound intensity between 20 and 200 Hz.And between 0 and 100 ℃,0 ℃ is considered the best the temperature of fluid gas for sound intensity.With the increase of the temperature,the sound intensity decreased.If we increase the frequency,the sound intensity increases evidently.It is very meaningful to research the sound clearing technology of the ESP.
