空地作战指控系统效能评估仿真研究

【摘要】 关于空地作战指挥系统效能,是形成战斗力的重要表现。研究信息因素、协作因素将是研究网络中心战环境下空地作战指控系统效能的重点。通过结合总结性评估的方法(MOE)和形成性评估的方法(MOP),在假定的情景下,分别仿真计算"平台中心战"和"网络中心战"两种不同作战环境下的空地作战指控系统的系统延时和作战效能。通过分析对比不同作战环境下的系统效能,说明网络中心战环境下作战单位之间的协作能力可以使系统更有效的利用时间,弥补系统的延时,提高作战效率,减少自身伤亡,提高战斗力。

【Abstract】 The effectiveness of the command and control system about the air-to-land war is an important performance of forming combat.The factors of information and collaboration are the research key about the performance analysis on air land operational command system under network center.In this essay,combined with MOE and MOP,in a hypothetical case,the system latencies and the battle efficiencies of the command and control system about the air-to-land war which under the circumstance of "platform-center war environment" and " network center war environment " can respectively simulate.By analyzing the effectiveness of the command and control system about the air-to-land war in the different combat environment,it is explained that collaboration between the operational units under the network center war environment can make the system use the time more efficienly to compensate for the delay,improve operational efficiency,reduce their own casualties,and improve fighting effectiveness.
