甲苯一段硝化反应装置的动态仿真分析
Dynamic Simulation Analysis of Nitration Reactor of Toluene to Mononitrotoluene
【摘要】 研究优化硝化反应器建模问题,对国内某化工厂甲苯一段硝化工艺,重点对硝化反应装置进行了研究。为了提高求解速度和准确性,更好的掌握和预测装置在开停车过程、正常工况和事故状态下的动态现象,建立了相应的动态仿真机理模型,并且开发了相应的动态仿真程序模块,使稳态时的结果能真实的反映正常工况下的生产实际情况,并进行仿真。仿真结果表明,仿真与生产实际值误差在2%以内,动态实时仿真能很好的反映开停车及事故状态下的动态效果。利用模型的操作特性,获得了适宜的操作参数范围,证明仿真系统软件对指导实际生产流程有重要意义。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the process of toluene to mononitrotoluene of a chemical plant,and researches the nitration reactors.The models of the reactors were established and a dynamic simulation program module was developed for simulating the processes of starting and stopping,and the operations under normal and abnormal conditions.The simulation results of steady state meet the design requirements,and can control the error within 2%.The dynamic process can predict the changing trend,which proves that the models can simulate the process perfectly.Operating properties of the nitration reactors were studied by simulation and the most appropriate conditions were found.The models of the reactors can be used not only for the control method of reactors,but also for developing whole flow emulator.
