灌区电子沙盘系统制作方法

【摘要】 针对滦河下游灌区供水调度的需求,研究灌区信息化数据在电子沙盘对应物理位置的同步显示。介绍了一种灌区三维电子沙盘制作方法及流程,客户端基于Flash富媒体平台技术,服务器端基于.NET平台技术,沙盘模型结合建模与Google Earth影像处理技术,实现了对灌区闸、桥、涵、渡槽等渠系建筑物之间的地理空间场景展示和实时过程数据的显示等功能。结果表明基于富媒体平台,结合Google Earth与.NET软件集成的灌区电子沙盘系统在构建灌区三维景观能很好解决地形、地物的数据更新问题,具有开发周期短、效果出色、贴近用户等优点。

【Abstract】 Focused on the demands of water supply allocation in the irrigation area of lower reaches of Luan river,this paper studied synchronous display of the informationized physical location data correspondingly in the sand table,and introduced the approach and procedures of developing the sand table.The clients were based on Flash rich media technique,while the servers were based on.NET platform technology.Both modeling and Google Earth image processing technology were applied in sand table system.The function was realized by the geography space display between gate,bridge,culvert,canal aqueduct,buildings,and other real-time scenes data.The experimental results show the proposed method has the advantages of short development period,excellent effects,closeness to users and so on.
