内蒙古气象全程全网全视频监控系统的设计与开发
Design of Inner Mongolia meteorological transmit information supervision system
【摘要】 内蒙古气象全程全网全视频监控系统,是内蒙古气象信息中心为提高内蒙古气象系统所有气象观测台站的观测数据传输质量,加强数据传输质量管理而设计的一套信息监控系统。该系统集成了各类数据传输情况链路状态监控、传输质量统计、报文查询、短信告警、声音告警、远程系统维护与管理等信息,使全区业务人员使用一套系统即可对数据采集业务、传输业务、监控业务等每个业务流程进行实时监控。系统的实际应用情况证明,该系统设计合理,不仅对全区观测业务进行了应用层的有效整合,而且有效降低了信息网络监控人员的劳动强度。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the transmission quality and enhance the management of all meteorological elements at all observation stations in Inner Mongolia,Inner Mongolia autonomous regional meteorological monitoring system whole process-whole and network-whole video was designed by Inner Mongolia meteorological information center.This system fulfills a real-time net monitoring depending on the case of transmission,to record the quality of transmission,and to integrate information,SMS alarms,sound alarms,remote system maintenance and management of practical information in one monitoring system.The current situation of the observation system in Inner Mongolia,including observation data collection,transmission,data flow control,etc.were analyzed in this paper.
