【摘要】 在提出自主技术创新定义和测度指标库的基础上,根据定义内涵删除了不合适的测度面,比对了各测度面及其指标,归并含义相近的测度面和指标,保证测度面及其指标的唯一性和覆盖性。根据自主技术创新过程构建了逻辑模型,以模型为基础净化及补充了相应指标。分析结果指出,对企业自主技术创新的测度应包含3个测度面,它们又分别包含5个资源指标、12个能力指标及2个技术成果归属指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of giving the conception of ORC-OA Technology Innovation and the original index library,this paper deletes the measurements and indexes which don’t according with the meaning of conception,and merges the measurements and indexes with similar meanings,which ensures the uniqueness and the cover of these measurements and indexes.In addition,it constructs the logical model of ORC-OA Technology Innovation to purify and complement the indexes.The results indicate that there are three measurements,respectively including 5 resource indexes,12 capacity indexes and 2 indexes of ’ownership of technology-outcome’.更多还原
