连续消耗应急资源调度问题研究

【摘要】 针对连续消耗应急资源调度问题,改进系统最早应急开始时间表达式并给出证明,建立单应急点资源调度非线性整数规划模型,考虑资源到达时间的衔接,提高应急资源保障的可靠度,将单应急点资源调度模型推广到多应急点的情形,给出求解方法,解决多应急点应急时间最早、参与应急点及应急线路最少的调度方案求取问题。仿真实例结果证明了该模型的合理性和求解方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 According to the characteristic of continuous consume resources schedule emergency problem,the expression of the earliest emergency start-time is proposed based on the existing results and its proof is given in this paper.The multi-objectives nonlinear integer model is established for the one-emergency spot system.The reliability of the optimal decision is considered in this model.Further,the model is extended in condition of the multi-emergency spots,and its algorithm is given.The resources dispatch scheme is obtained based on the earliest emergency-start-time to minimize the number of retrieval sports and supply route.It gives examples to illustrate the rationality of the model and the efficiency of the algorithm proposed in this paper.
