【摘要】 提升区域性中心城市功能,增强对区域经济和社会发展的组织调控作用,对于实现地区统筹协调发展、全面建设和谐社会具有重要意义。江苏徐州作为淮海经济区的中心城市,其功能犹显重要。在分析其作为区域性中心城市所具有的集散、交通枢纽、创新、创意等功能的基础上,针对存在的主要问题,提出提高产业水平、整合区位优势、提升城市创意等对策,旨在对我国同样面临区域性中心城市功能提升的地区提供一定的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve the function of regional central cities and enhance the organization and mechanism control of the regional economy and social development is of great significance for accomplishing the coordinated development in the urban and rural areas and the overall construction of a harmonious socialist society.Xuzhou as the center of Huaihai economic zone in Jiangsu Province has a very important function during the course of development.This paper presents a thorough study of Xuzhou,analyzes its functions of distribution,a hub of communications,innovation,creation and so on.The paper also puts forward some countermeasures,including the expansion of city domain,improving the function of cities,elevating city quality etc,which will provide some references for the areas that have similar problems to deal with.更多还原
