黑曲酶、荧光假单胞菌去除Cr6+工业废水实验研究
Removal of Cr6+ From Industry Wastewater by Aspergillus Niger and Pseudomonas Fluorescent
【摘要】 通过正交试验得到黑曲霉的最佳降解条件是pH值为7.0,接种数量为1 mL,搅拌速度150 rad/min,培养时间为3 d;荧光假单胞菌最佳的培养条件为:pH值为6.0,接种数量为1 mL,搅拌速度150 rad/min,培养时间为3d。在适宜的去除条件下,考察了不同Cr6+浓度时黑曲霉和荧光假单胞菌对其的去除能力,结果表明:黑曲霉对铬的去除率在40.59%~84.12%之间,平均去除率分别为65.05%;荧光假单胞对铬的去除率在68.60%~98.63%之间,平均去除率分别为89.70%,去除效果很好,荧光假单胞对铬去除能力优于黑曲霉对铬的去除能力。
【Abstract】 By orthogonal experiments,the optimal removal conditions by Aspergillus niger was found to be at stirring speed 150 rad/min,culture time 3 d,pH 7.0.By orthogonal experiments,the optimal removal conditions by Pseudomonas fluorescent was found to be at stirring speed 150 rad/min,culture time 3 d,pH 6.0.The effect of heavy metal concentration was also investigated.The removal efficiency of Cr6+ by Aspergillus niger was found to be in the range of 40.59%~84.12%,the average removal rates was 65.05%.The removal efficiency of Cr6+ Pseudomonas fluorescent was found to be in the range of 68.60%~98.63%,the average removal rates was 89.70%.It can be concluded that due to the relatively high adsorption capability,Pseudomonas fluorescent has the potential for the practical removal of Cr6+ from wastewater.
