【摘要】 界定了农业灌溉设施供给模式的定义及内涵,指出灌溉设施属性与政府财力、设施运营效益、市场成熟度、相关政策法规的配套性等是影响农业灌溉设施供给模式选择的主要因素,并详细分析了以上各因素是如何影响供给模式的选择。在此基础上,构建了层次分析模型给出了解决的思路。以江苏省世行项目区为例,给出了农业灌溉设施供给模式的选择建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The definition and meaning of agricultural irrigation facilities supply mode are given in this paper.It is pointed out that the main factors affecting the selection of agricultural irrigation facilities supply mode include attribute,the financial strength of the government,facility operation benefit,and market maturity degree,the matching of relevant policies and regulations,and so on.Detailed analysis on how the above factors various factors affect the selection of the supply mode are given.Based on this,an analytic hierarchy model is established and the solution is given.Taking the World Bank project area of Jiangsu Province as the example,the suggestion for the selection of the agricultural irrigation facilities supply mode is given.更多还原
