【Abstract】 The soft exchange technology is a variety of functions and forward exchange with the development concept. It ’ s application pro gramming interface open structure and a standardized agreement as the core. In a broad sense is to use the soft exchange technology as the core, controlling next-generation network. In a narrow sense, the plane NGN controls related equipment, and the soft exchange technology be comes the focus of next generation communication network solutions.
