【Abstract】 Implementing reform of talent cultivation mode is the trend of present high education reform.In this paper,we take local applied colleges as study object.The idea and principle of formulating talent training scheme are expounded.Moreover,we introduce our exploring and practicing of our reform of"211"talent training mode.The formulating procedure of talent training scheme and the optimization strategy are presented.更多还原
