TiNiFe低温形状记忆合金弹簧回复特性的研究

【摘要】 测定了Ti50Ni47Fe3形状记忆合金弹簧升温过程经过马氏体相变、R相变回复力、回复位移的特性曲线。结果表明:Ti50Ni47Fe3弹簧在马氏体相变(-100℃至-70℃)过程,回复性能不明显,而在R相变(-10℃至10℃)过程,回复位移和回复力变化显著;Ti50Ni47Fe3弹簧最大的回复位移随约束力的增加而呈非线性增加:约束力为5.2 N,最大回复位移可达2.24 mm;最大的回复力随约束位移的增加亦呈现非线性增加:约束位移为4.4 mm,最大回复力为4.8 N。

【Abstract】 The behavior curve of Ti50Ni47Fe3 springs,which took place martensitic transformation and R phase transition in heating process,was analyzed in recovery force and restoring displacement.The results showed that Ti50Ni47Fe3 spring recovery characteristic in the martensitic transformation process(-100 ℃ to-70 ℃) did not show evident changes.But restoring displacement and recovery force in R phase transformation process(-10 ℃ to 10 ℃) varied significantly;The maximum restoring displacement unlinearly increased with increase of force applied:the spring was able to reproduce 2.24 mm restoring displacement at 5.2 N force applied.The maximum recovery force also uninearly increased with increase of displacement applied:the spring was able to lift 4.8 N recovery force at 4.4 mm displacement applied.
