电沉积法制备泡沫Ni-Mo-Co合金
Preparation of Foamed Ni-Mo-Co Alloy by Electrodeposition
【摘要】 本文以聚氨酯泡沫海绵为基体,经导电层的制备、电镀和热解还原工艺制备出了泡沫Ni-Mo-Co三元合金。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射技术(XRD)分别研究了化学镀镍后及电镀Ni-Mo-Co合金的表面形貌、元素组成和晶态结构,并用稳态极化曲线研究了泡沫Ni-Mo-Co合金电极在30%KOH溶液中的析氢催化性能。结果表明:该泡沫合金具有均匀分布三维网状孔结构及高的孔隙率,析氢过电位比泡沫镍降低了407 mV,其析氢催化活性良好。
【Abstract】 This article makes use of polyurethane foam as matrix for the preparation of foamed Ni-Mo-Co alloy,by pretreatment,electrodeposition sinter-reducing and deoxidization.The surface morphology,element composition and microstructure of Ni and Ni-Mo-Co alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The catalytic activity of the obtained alloy was studied in 30% KOH solution by potentiostatic polarization technique.The results show that the Ni-Mo-Co alloy has a three-dimension grid structure and shows high porosity.The over-potential for HER declines about 407 mV compared to foam Ni electrode at 100 mA/cm2,showing better catalytic activity for hydrogen evolution.
