【摘要】 20世纪70年代末以来,随着中国改革开放和市场经济体制改革,中国发生了巨大的社会变迁,经济体制深刻变革、社会结构深刻变动、利益格局深刻调整、思想观念深刻变化,但是国家与社会的关系从根本上没有改变强国家—弱社会的格局,社会组织在社会治理中没有发生应有的作用。弱势群体由于利益受损产生了不公平感和相对剥夺感,形成了仇官、仇富、仇不公的主流话语。巨大的社会变迁、强国家—弱社会的国家与社会结构、仇官仇富仇不公话语的形成,构成了当下中国群体性事件频发的政治社会因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 As China carried out the policy of reform and opening-up and market economy since the late of1970s,great changes have taken place in China,such as profound transformation of economic system,deep going alteration of social structure,great adjustment of interest configuration and radical change of people’s ideas.Small changes have taken place in the structure of state and society,and the pattern of strong state and weak society have not changed a lot,therefore social organizations have not played an significant role in social governance.Because of damage to their interests,the vulnerable groups have gradually developed a psychology of unfairness and relative deprivation,which have become the mainstream discourse of bearing hatred towards officials,the rich and inequality.Great social changes,the pattern of strong state and weak society,and the formation of discourse of hatred towards officials,the rich and inequality have constituted the political and social factors of the mass disturbances that frequently take place in temporary China.更多还原
