新形势下制造企业技能人才缺失成因及对策
Causes of Lack of Skilled Workers in Manufacturing Enterprises and the Related Countermeasures
【摘要】 分析了当下制造企业技能人才缺失的原因和后果,并就加大技能人才的培养和供给力度,进一步完善技能人才生存与管理机制提出对策.
【Abstract】 The causes and results of lacking skilled workers in manufacturing enterprises are analyzed,and the countermeasures are thus put forward to enhance the cultivation of skilled workers and improve the management mechanism of skilled talents.
