ZL104合金氩弧熔敷原位合成TiCp/Al基复合涂层组织及耐磨性
Microstructure and wear resistance of TiCp/Al composite coating on ZL104 alloy by argon arc cladding
【摘要】 以Al粉、Ti粉和C粉为原料,利用氩弧熔敷技术,在ZL104合金表面原位合成了TiC增强Al基复合材料层,借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对复合涂层的组织进行了分析;利用显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机对复合涂层性能进行了测试。结果表明,氩弧熔敷过程中可以充分反应合成TiC颗粒;TiC颗粒呈球状分布,颗粒尺寸约为1.5μm,均弥散分布于熔敷层中。熔敷层与基体呈冶金结合,无裂纹、气孔等缺陷;复合涂层的显微硬度可达660 HV0.2,涂层耐磨性较基体提高近7倍。
【Abstract】 Al-based composite coating reinforced by TiC particles was prepared on surface of ZL104 alloy by means of argon arc cladding technique with the pre-alloyed powder of Al,Ti and C.Microstructure of the coating was investigated by scanning electron microscopy and,X-ray diffraction.Microhardness and wear resistance of the composite coating at room temperature were examined by means of microhardness test and wear test,respectively.The results show that as the content of(Ti+C) above 30% in the powder,fine TiC particles can be synthesized in the coating during argon are cladding.The TiC particles are spherical with size of 1.5 μm.The particles are dispersively distributed in the clad coating.The coating is uniform,continuous and almost defect-free,and bonded metallurgically to the substrate.Microhardness of the coating is 660 HV0.2,and the wear resistance of the coating is 7 times higher than that of the ZL104 alloy substrate.
