Cu对6082铝合金加热过程中微观组织的影响
Effects of copper addition on microstructure of 6082 aluminium alloy in heating process
【摘要】 研究了添加Cu0.60%对6082铝合金连续加热过程中微观组织变化的影响。结果表明,含0.6%Cu的6082铝合金在50℃到450℃内出现4个放热峰,且放热峰的中心温度均低于不含Cu的6082铝合金放热峰的中心温度。根据透射电镜及三维原子探针的观察可知,元素Cu使6082铝合金连续加热过程中,析出相的析出时间缩短,析出温度下降,析出相的析出数量增加。
【Abstract】 Effect of copper addition on the microstructure of Al-Mg-Si(6082) alloy in the continuous heating process was investigated by means of DSC,TEM and 3DAP.The DSC results show that there are four exothermic peaks from 50 ℃ to 450 ℃ in Al-Mg-Si-0.6%Cu alloy,and the exothermic peak in Al-Mg-Si-0.6%Cu alloy occurs more early than that in Al-Mg-Si alloy.Based on the observation of TEM and 3DAP,it is found that copper reducs the time to form the precipitates in 6082 aluminium alloy.The amount of precipitates increases in Al-Mg-Si-0.6%Cu alloy compared with that in 6082 alloy in the continuous heating process.
