Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金的高温力学性能
High temperature mechanical properties of an Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy
【摘要】 利用高温短时拉伸试验、扫描电镜和透射电镜等分析手段,研究了经165℃×2 h时效处理的Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金在不同温度下的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:随着温度的升高,强度逐渐下降,而伸长率先降后升。在200℃时合金具有最低的伸长率(12%),在温度高于200℃时,合金强度下降较快。当温度升至350℃时,抗拉强度、屈服强度分别降至105 MPa、98 MPa,伸长率增至23%。在高温条件下,该合金力学性能的下降主要是由于析出相的粗化与转变引起的。
【Abstract】 High temperature microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy after aging at 165 ℃ for 2 h were investigated at different temperatures by means of short term high temperature tensile test,SEM and TEM.Results reveal that strength decreases gradually and the elongation decreases first to the minimum value of 12% at 200 ℃ and then increases with the increasing of temperature.The strength decreases greatly when the temperature is higher than 200 ℃.When the temperature is raised to 350 ℃,the tensile strength and yield strength decrease to 105 MPa and 98 MPa respectively,and the elongation increases to 23%.The poor mechanical properties are ascribed to the coarsening and transformation of the phases in Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy at high temperature.
