热处理对Al-Ni-Co单准晶相的影响

【摘要】 利用急冷固法获得柱状Al70.1 Ni24 Co5.9单准晶,并用X线衍射仪测定Al70.1 Ni24 Co5.9准晶的衍射强度。结果表明,在Al70.1 Ni24 Co5.9的准周期面内H方向和K方向都出现了强衍射峰和弱衍射峰。Al70.1 Ni24 Co5.9准晶经过热处理后,准点阵常数随着热处理温度降低而增大,在600和700℃之间准点阵常数将不发生变化,说明了热处理温度对准晶相变的影响,确定了Al70.1Ni24Co5.9准晶结构的稳定性。

【Abstract】 Al70.1Ni24 Co5.9 single quasicrystals were obtained in Al-Ni-Co alloys which were melted and quenched into cold water.The diffraction intensity of Al70.1 Ni24 Co5.9 quasicrystals was tested by X-ray diffractometry.Experimental results reveale that there are strong peaks and weak peaks of the diffraction intensity in quasiperiods plane along H line and K line.The lattice constants of Al70.1 Ni24 Co5.9 quasicrystals increase with decreasing temperature to stable values at temperature lower than 700 ℃ when the quasicrystals were heat treated during 600 ℃ to 900 ℃.Based on the experiments,it is confirmed that heat treatment influences phase transformation of Al70.1 Ni24 Co5.9 quasicrystals and hence the stabilization of Al70.1 Ni24 Co5.9 quasicrystal is determined.
