【摘要】 目的分析脐带囊肿的超声声像图特点及相关临床资料。方法回顾性分析产前超声检查发现的33胎脐带囊肿胎儿的超声声像图特征及临床、随访资料。结果单纯脐带囊肿11胎(其中脐尿管囊肿2胎),脐带囊肿合并多发畸形22胎(22/33,66.67%),以合并心血管及神经系统畸形多见。结论脐带囊肿常合并多发畸形,单纯性脐带囊肿预后较好。产前超声筛查可提供重要的诊断信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the characters of ultrasound images and the clinical data in fetuses with umbilical cord cysts.Methods Ultrasonography and corresponding clinical information of 33 fetuses were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 11 fetuses of simple umbilical cord cysts,including 2 urachal cysts,and 22 fetuses(22/33,66.67%) with multiple malformations,especially heart defects and brain malformations.Conclusion Fetuses with umbilical cord cysts have better prognosis than those with multiple malformations.Umbilical cord cysts can be accompanied with multiple malformations.Prenatal ultrasound can provide useful information for prenatal diagnosis of umbilical cord cysts.更多还原
