原发性肝癌TACE后FAK、NF-κBp65表达及意义
The expression and significance of FAK and NF-kBp65 in hepatocellular carcinoma after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization
【摘要】 目的探讨原发性肝癌(IICC)经动脉化疗栓塞术(TAcE)后FAK、NF-κBp65表达的水平及其意义。方法收集经TACE后手术切除的肝癌组织标本28例(TACE组)和未经任何治疗直接手术切除的肝癌组织标本30例(单纯手术组)。采用免疫组化SP法,检测残癌组织中FAK、NF-κBp65的表达水平。结果 TACE组肝癌组织标本FAK表达阳性率75.0%,较单纯手术组阳性率(46.7%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TACE组肝癌组织标本NF-κBp65表达阳性率为78.6%较单纯手术组(53.3%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TACE组残癌组织中FAK、NF-κBp65表达呈正相关(r=0.503,P=0.006)。TACE次数及碘油沉积分型对FAK、NF-κBp65表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HCC行TACE后残癌组织中FAK、NF-κBp65表达明显升高,FAK和NF-κBp65的高表达可能是TACE后肿瘤复发率较高的主要原因之一。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of FAK and NF-KBp65 in the residual tumor tissues of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE). Methods The surgical specimens of HCC after TACE were colleted in 28 cases (TACE group), and surgical specimens of HCC without having received any other treatments were obtained in 30 cases (pure surgery group). The expression of FAK and NF-KBp65 in the residual tumor tissues was determined by using immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rate of FAK expression in TACE group was 75.0%, which was much higher than that in pure surgery group (46.7%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The positive rate of NF-KBp65 expression in TACE group was 78.6%, which was 53.3% in pure surgery group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). In TACE group the FAK expression in residual cancerous tissues showed a positive correlation with the expression of NF-KBp65 (r = 0.503, P = 0.006). Both the number of performing TACE and the Lipiodol deposition pattern classification showed no statistically significant correlation with the expression of FAK or NF-KBp65 (P > 0.05). Conclusion The expression of FAK and NF-KBp65 in the residual cancerous tissues of hepatocellular carcinoma after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization is markedly increased. The higher expression of FAK and NF-KBp65 may be one of the main reasons for high recurrence rate after TACE. (J Intervent Radiol, 2011, 20: 621-624)
