电刺激大脑岛叶对大鼠心率变异的影响

【摘要】 目的研究电刺激大脑岛叶对大鼠心率变异(Heart Rate Variability,HRV)的影响。方法检测麻醉状态下大鼠的心电图(ECG),将动物分成未处理组、假手术组、500以及1000μA点刺激组,对各组大鼠进行ECG数据的采集,对各组大鼠心率变异的频域指标进行分析。结果 HRV各参数值发生变化,表现为心动周期的标准差(standard deviation of R-R intervals,SDNN)和相邻正常心动周期差值的均方根(the root mean square successive differences in milliseconds,RMSSD)下降,而LF/HF(Low frequency/high frequency,低频/高频)升高,与假手术对照组之间比较,差异有显著意义,且1000μA电刺激比500μA时HRV参数下降幅度更大。结论 LF/HF的明显升高提示电刺激大脑岛叶使交感和迷走神经功能失调而发生HRV改变。

【Abstract】 Objective Objective To study the effect of electric stimulating to insular on heart rate variability (HRV) of rat.Methods Rats were divided into untreated,precondition,500μA electric stimulating groups.Electric cardiography (ECG),HRV,SDNN(standard deviation of R-R intervals),RMSSD (the root mean square successive differences in milliseconds),TP(total power)and LF/HF(low frequency/high frequency)were determined.Results The values of SDNN,RMSSD and TP were lower distinctly in 500μA than in untreated and precondition groups.But the value of LF/HF was higher in 500μA.Conclusion The elevation of LF/HF by electric stimulating to insular of rat indicates that decrease of HRV might be related to the functional disorder of sympathesis and vagus nerve.
