规范与实证在中国经济学教学与研究中的运用
A Study on Application of Positive and Normative Analysis in Chinese Economics Teaching and Researching
【摘要】 规范与实证两种分析方法的根本区别在于是否以一定的价值判断为基础,但目前也出现了二者相融合的发展趋势。中国经济学传统教学与研究方法的根本性缺陷在于对实证分析方法的排斥与规范分析方法实际运用的极端化。因此,我们应创新中国经济学教学与研究方法,首先纠补与规范原规范分析方法,形成科学的现代规范分析方法,其次积极吸收与借鉴西方经济学的实证分析方法,最后将两种方法有机结合起来而形成完善和科学的现代经济学教学与研究方法。
【Abstract】 The basic difference of normative and positive lies in whether it is based on certain value judgment or not,however,both intend to integrate with each other.The fundamental imperfection of traditional teaching and researching method for economics lies in the exclusion of positives research and extreme use of normative analysis.Therefore,a totally new teaching and researching method of economics is supposed to be innovated,first of all,original method of normative analysis ought to be corrected and replenished so as to become a modern method of analysis,secondarily,ideas of positive analysis for western economics shall be borrowed and absorbed,which will be able to result in a perfect and scientific teaching and researching method for modern economics on the basis of combination.
