足尺路面加速加载试验设备技术研究

【摘要】 路面加速加载试验设备可在较短时间内快速模拟若干年内实际交通荷载对路面的破坏情况,检测路面状态和试验参数,为优化道路性能指标提供依据。因此,在深入研究路面加速加载试验设备原理、结构、控制方式、驱动方式等的基础上,开发研制了高效、可靠、节能的足尺路面加速加载试验系统,为道路的设计、建设、维护以及新技术、新材料的应用提供依据,提高了道路建设的针对性、科学性和有效性。

【Abstract】 Road surface loading experiment equipment can imitate quickly several situations of damage on road surface for a few years in a short period and offer data for optimizing road characteristic index.At present,only a few countries in the world can produce road surface loading experiment equipment,and there are no such products in China.Therefore,research should be done on principles,structure,controlling manners and driving ways.Effective,reliable and energy-saving full-size road loading experiment system should be developed to offer data for road design,construction,maintain and the application of new technology and new materials so as to enhance the pertinence,science and efficiency of road construction.
