【摘要】 合同能源管理是一种以减少的能源费用来支付节能项目投资的节能服务机制。这一新型机制正受到国家的大力支持,但其在实际推广应用过程中遇到不少困难。通过调研某市18家节能服务公司,总结出合同能源管理在该市发展的制约因素。分析了该市发展合同能源管理的有利条件:1.节能服务市场潜力巨大;2.本身具备天然优势。结合现实制约因素和天然优势条件,借鉴国内外先进经验,提出了6条对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Energy Performance Contracting,a market-oriented energy-saving service mechanism that Energy Service Companies promise energy efficiency improvement and make a profit from reduced energy cost of their customers,now is supported and pushed energetically by Chinese government.However,a lot of barriers are encountered during the application and popularization in China.This paper focuses on the development of EPC in some city.19 ESCOs in the city are investigated to summarize a series of factors influencing on EPC execution.Two advantages of implementing EPC in the city are analyzed as well.The first is an enormous demand of energy-saving service from the industries of the city,while the second predominance is the favorable environment of civil economy and intelligent resources.At last,in consideration of foreign successful experiences in EPC,six correspondences are presented to deal with the incorporation of both advantages and disadvantages of cultivating the EPC mechanism in the city.更多还原
