【Abstract】 Low level of public scientific literacy has become a serious constraint on the economic development and social progress of China.Aiming at increasing the public literacy,the State Council of PRC has issued National Action Plan for Scientific Literacy,of which the juveniles are especially emphasized in the execution.In order to increase the scientific literacy of all the juveniles,it is extremely important to constitute a certain number of science teachers of elementary and secondary schools,who have a high professional literacy themselves.Start from the various problems in the teaching staff of elementary and secondary schools,this thesis analyses and demonstrates the necessary qualities of both science,education and humanity of a qualified teacher.更多还原
