凤仙花幼苗对铅的抗性研究

【摘要】 为了研究凤仙花对铅的抗性,采用不同浓度的铅溶液对凤仙花幼苗进行浇灌处理,测量其株高、叶片数、茎叶重、根系重、叶绿素含量等各项指标.结果表明,随着铅浓度的增加,株高降低、叶片数减少、茎叶重降低、根系重降低、叶绿素含量减少.处理浓度低于500 mg/kg时,铅浓度的增加对凤仙花幼苗生长影响较小,当加入浓度达到1500 mg/kg时,显著抑制凤仙花的生长,但并未失活.因此,在较高浓度重金属的土壤中,可以用凤仙花吸收其中的铅,阻止铅流入食物链,消除对人体健康的影响,达到重建生态环境的目的.

【Abstract】 Different concentrations of lead solution for watering seedlings of Impatiens processing,measuring its height,leaf number,stem weight,root weight,chlorophyll content and other indicators were used to study the lead resistance of Impatiens.The results showed that with the increase of concentration of lead,the plant height,the leaf number,the stem and leaf weight,root weight reduction and the chlorophyll content were reduced.When the concentration is less than 500 mg/kg,the seedling growth of Impatiens was influenced less with the increase of lead,while a concentration higher than 1500 mg/kg could result in a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of balsam,but not inactivation.
