【摘要】 目的:探讨抗精神疾病药加用氟西汀治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床疗效。方法:对58例以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症患者,在原用抗精神疾病药治疗的基础上,随机抽取29例给予抗精神疾病药加用氟西汀作为治疗组;其余作为对照组;疗程12周。疗效和不良反应评定采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和治疗中出现的药物不良反应评定量表(TESS)评定,与治疗前及治疗4、8、12周各评定1次。结果:治疗8周起合用组PANSS总分及阴性因子分均比治疗前显著降低,且合用组的体重增加明显低于对照组。结论:以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症患者,使用抗精神疾病药同时联用氟西汀可改善阴性症状,并对患者的体重增长有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of antipsychotics combined with hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia with negative symptoms.Methods Fifty-eight cases of chronic schizophrenia mainly with negative symptoms were randomly divided into combined groups(treated with antipsychotics and hydrochloride) and control group(treated with placebo).Twenty-nine cases respectively.The course of treatment was twelve weeks,The efficiency and side effects were evaluated by positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS) treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS) before and after treatments for 4,8,12 weeks.Results After 8 weeks treatments,the total scores and negative symptoms scale(TESS) before and after treatments PANSS signi?cantly decreased in the combined group than before treatments,and the increase of body weight of the combined group was also significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Antipsychotics combined with hydrochloride should improve the negative symptoms of chroric schizophrenia.Two groups have no significant differences in side effects,and can restrain body weight increasing.更多还原
