【摘要】 目的:评价运用输尿管镜行射精管扩张联合精囊冲洗治疗慢性精囊炎的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2009年6月～2010年6月治疗的30例患者的临床资料,分为手术组14例,药物组16例。结果:手术组手术时间40～90 min,平均55 min,术中、术后均无严重并发症出现,其中9例痊愈,3例好转,2例无效,有效率85.7%,痊愈率64.2%;药物组2例痊愈,5例好转,9例无效,有效率43.7%,痊愈率12.5%。手术组与药物组的痊愈率与有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:经输尿管射精管扩张联合精囊冲洗是治疗慢性精囊炎的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of dilatating ejaculatory duct and clysising glandula seminalis for treating chronic cystospermitis.Methods In this retrospective study,fourteen patients were received therapy of dilatating ejaculatory duct and clysising glandula seminalis with a ureteroscope and sixteen patients were received drug therapy from Jun 2009 to 2010.Results The operation time was 40～90 min with an average 55min,the effective rate was 85.7%,the recovery rate was 64.2% in the operation group.There were no serious complications intra-and post-operatively.The effective rate was 43.7% and the recovery rate was 12.5% in drug therapy group.There was statistical difference in operation group and drug therapy group(P<0.01).Conclusion We believe that dilatating ejaculatory duct and clysising glandula seminalis with ureteroscope is an feasible and effective method of treating chronic cystospermitis.更多还原
