【摘要】 目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合倍他乐克治疗心力衰竭的疗效及对血清中BNP的影响,并关注对左室射血分数(LVEF)的影响,探讨其临床意义。方法:选取诊治的122例冠心病心力衰竭患者,依入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,对照组(61例)应用利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或β-受体阻滞剂及洋地黄类制剂进行常规治疗,观察组(61例)在常规治疗基础上加用厄贝沙坦联合倍他乐克进行治疗,观察治疗的效果、左室射血分数(LVEF)的改变及对血清中BNP的影响。结果:观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)改善明显。观察组与对照组治疗后血清中BNP的表达明显低于治疗前,但观察组治疗前、后BNP的减少值明显高于对照组。结论:冠心病慢性心力衰竭的患者在常规治疗基础上加用厄贝沙坦联合倍他乐克进行治疗,临床效果明显,且能有效调节血清中的BNP水平,进而有效调节微环境,临床治疗中可以积极应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect,left ventricular function(LVEF) and B-type natriuretic peptides(BNP) change in patients with heart failure by Irbesartan and Metoprolol.Methods 122 patients with heart failure were divided into two groups.The control group(61 cases) were treated by routine treatment,the observation group(61 cases) were treated by routine treatment combined Irbesartan and Metoprolol.Results The curative efficacy was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group.The LVEF were obviously improved in the observation group.The expressions of BNP was obviously decreased in the post treatment.But the decrease value of BNP were higher in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion The treatment of Irbesartan and Metoprolol can improve the curative effect,increase the LVEF,decrease the expression of BNP in patients with heart failure.The treatment of Irbesartan and Metoprolol is worthy of being recommended in patients with heart failure.更多还原
